Pros
The fragrance was nice. Personally, I used it more like a dry treatment rather than a rinse-out treatment - I would scoop out a bean-sized amount and apply it evenly all over my hair before blow-drying. It worked better for me than rinsing it out... I'd recommend trying it out to those who are regretting their purchase.
Cons
Using it as a treatment feels like a waste of money. The scent is polarizing.

I'm extremely satisfied! Even after using rinse or treatment and washing my hair repeatedly, I could never get rid of the slippery feeling in my hair, but this product makes my hair feel soft without that issue.
Cons
The fragrance is really not my taste - it has a heavy perfume-like smell that I personally dislike very much.
Tip
I used this because I had severe bacne, which has mostly cleared up now... However, the bacne is starting to come back, so I don't use it daily anymore. But this can vary from person to person, it's a highly individual situation...ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ

The moment you open the lid, you can feel the vanilla fragrance spreading throughout the bathroom. It has a flow somewhere between a regular conditioner and a hair pack, so if you leave it on with a hot cap for a while, your hair texture seems to improve.
Cons
If you leave the hot cap on for more than 20 minutes, it can make your hair feel dry and brittle, so be careful.

👃🏻 First, this product has a really nice fragrance. It has a savory and sweet scent, and although I don't usually like savory scents, this one doesn't feel overpowering at all - I just want to keep smelling it. 🧴 My hair feels softer. In the dry winter, when I apply this, my hair doesn't get staticky, and every time I brush it with my hands, it feels so soft that I can't stop touching it.
Cons
💸 The biggest disappointment is the price. I know Lush products are expensive, but do I really need to spend that much money on this? There are so many other options. 💧 It's too runny. Even when I use a lot, it's still watery, so I end up using more than I'd like.

It's a love for fragrance. It has a powdery strawberry milk shake scent. If you use it for the first time without silicone conditioner, you may wonder why your hair feels so stiff even after showering, but after showering and drying your hair, you'll definitely feel the difference. The scent is unique and soft. The sweet vanilla aftertone is great. The milky texture is not too oily and greasy on the hair, but soft and smooth.
Cons
The packaging is inconvenient. It gets crumpled and the printed ink rubs off. :( But since it's Lush's recycled packaging philosophy, I just bear with it and use it.
