  I bought one in 2023 and gave it a try. Keeping it in the fridge definitely gives it a cooling effect, and you can really feel the essence absorbing well into your skin.

  Cons

  To maximize its effectiveness, you need to chill it in the refrigerator. If left at room temperature, this mask's benefits seem to diminish.

  This works wonders when you have a large, inflamed blemish! After extracting the pimple, applying this mask, and letting it absorb well, you'll notice significant calming of the blemish by the next day! I'm on my second box now and highly recommend it! It's great to use before important events!

  Cons

  When you open the product, the mask comes out with a plastic backing. It's disappointing that a lot of the serum drips off when removing this plastic layer.

  Tip

  Make sure to store it in the refrigerator! Don't waste the serum left on the plastic backing - apply it to your neck!

  The instructions said to use it when the water thermometer is blue, so I kept it in the fridge and used it right after washing my face. The cooling effect was incredible, and I loved how the gel sheet adhered so well. It reduced redness, and I was most impressed by how quickly the essence absorbed!

  Cons

  While the cooling effect did help reduce redness, I didn't notice any soothing effects on my blemishes.

  I was pleasantly surprised that despite the essence stretching like silk threads, it absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky at all. The sheet material is also quite neutral - I don't think anyone would have strong feelings about it either way!
