  Being waterproof, it has great staying power and minimal smudging after application. Above all, it absorbs beautifully.   I won this in a giveaway and almost missed the review period because the photo file was too large to upload! The color payoff is great. It applies smoothly and smudges easily for a smoky look. It's water-resistant and removes well with cleansing oil!

  I've only used it once, so I'm not sure yet, but continued use might cause blemishes for those with super sensitive skin like mine. It's still usable for now!   I loved how it applied with a rich brown color. Just like in the advertisement, I applied it, let it dry for about 30 seconds, and then rubbed it - it didn't smudge at all. After about 8 hours, there was some flaking at the edges, but it still stayed put under my eyes without smudging. It really adhered well to my eyelids!

  Cons

  I was a bit disappointed that it contained shimmer. I think a matte color would have been better than one with sparkle.

  Ingredients: It was fine for my slightly sensitive skin! The Hwahae ingredient analysis looks good too. I noticed some reviews mentioned eye issues, so I'm a bit cautious when using it. (After more use, I had no problems at all!) Pigmentation: The color payoff is really good! Unlike some liners with a harder texture to prevent smudging, this one applies smoothly with great pigmentation. I used it without any skin irritation. Color: It's a neutral brown that's neither too dark nor too light, perfect for everyday use! Longevity: This may vary, but for me, it lasted well even after 7 hours outside in the heat and lots of movement. There was minimal smudging.
