ConsWow, using this makes my skin super super super irritated. It stings even just by brushing against it;; It's fine to use on the back of my hand, but when it touches my face, it's too irritating, so I only used it when playing with swatches on the back of my hand...๐ฑ

ConsAfter wiping it off a few times, it does tend to feel a bit irritating.

The ingredients seemed simpler and gentler compared to other products. The cleansing power was much better than I expected. While it doesn't remove heavy makeup, it can easily take off stubborn sunscreens, cushion foundations, and gel eyeliners when applied generously on a cotton pad. I've been using Bioderma cleansing products, but those with concerns about Bioderma might want to give this a try. I'll definitely repurchase this.
ConsThe only downside is that it stings a bit when removing makeup from the lips, which can be irritating if done repeatedly. This may be the case with other products as well, so it's best to gently remove makeup in as few wipes as possible.
TipEven though it's a no-rinse type, you might want to do a quick water cleanse if you want to reduce dryness.

I originally didn't get along well with cleansing water, so I always used cleansing cream. So when using this product, I was doubtful if it would clean well, so I experimented by also using a cleansing cream after... and I was surprised to see that it had cleaned everything thoroughly The scent seems fine to me
ConsSince I have sensitive skin, cleansing waters have always been irritating and stinging. This product doesn't seem much different either - it gives me a burning, almost painful... stinging sensation ๐ญ So I can't really use it well..(I guess cleansing cream is still the best for me..๐ข) If it gets in the eyes, it stings severely and really hurts. It's better to avoid the eye area..really ๐ญ

However, I would strongly recommend this to those sensitive to fragrances. 3. ๐ผThe ingredients are quite gentle!!๐ผ The gentle formulation makes this product suitable for most, except for those with extremely sensitive skin. 4.โจThe cleansing power is above average!!โจ This should work well for those who don't wear heavy makeup, as it can effectively remove light makeup (those with a lighter makeup routine should find it cleans thoroughly).
Cons1.๐The cleansing power is a bit lacking๐ As mentioned earlier, it's above average, but for waterproof products like mascara or tinted lip products, the pigment often remains or requires vigorous rubbing to remove, leaving some residue. 2.๐The eye area stung quite a bit๐ When using the cleansing water on a cotton pad to remove eye makeup, it felt very irritating and stinging. 3.โ๏ธThe value for moneyโ๏ธ The price seemed reasonable initially, but upon using it, the large hole in the dispenser caused the product to pour out excessively, making it difficult to control the amount and leading to more wastage.
TipI would strongly recommend this product, except for those who wear heavy makeup!๐งโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ Just a quick swipe in the morning to remove any oiliness(?) and you're good to go for your makeup routine!!!๐๐

As my skin is sensitive, I was curious about how helpful it would be, and after using this product consistently, the advantages I found are: 1. It cleanses well for most makeup When I intentionally wore heavy makeup with light foundation and mascara, this cleansing water was able to remove my eyebrows, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and lips well. I was fairly satisfied with this aspect. 2. The finish is quite refreshing After cleansing, some regular cleansing waters can leave an oily finish or a stuffy feeling, but this cleansing water provided a refreshing finish. I didn't feel any oiliness or stuffiness at all. 3. The dispenser is good in various ways I really liked the dispenser on this product. It doesn't dispense too much at once, making the amount easy to control, and it feels just right for soaking a cotton pad.
ConsThere were a few drawbacks, which I'll summarize: 1. It was quite irritating around the eyes. When I was trying to remove the eye makeup, pressing firmly around my eyes, it became extremely stinging. My eyes started tearing up and the stinging sensation persisted, even after rinsing with water and trying again. The stinging feeling was less if I removed it quickly, but it was still quite irritating around the eye area. 2. It has limitations in cleansing. As mentioned earlier, while it did a good job of removing most makeup, it couldn't remove mascara very well. So I had the hassle of having to remove the mascara separately. 3. I'm not sure if it's good for sensitive skin. This product claims to be helpful for sensitive skin, but I didn't really feel that it was particularly beneficial for me. It didn't seem to be that great for sensitive skin. 4. The price-to-quantity ratio was disappointing. Compared to the price, the quantity was quite low. With regular cleansing, it gets used up pretty quickly, which I found quite unsatisfactory.
TipSince most cleansers can remove makeup except for mascara, I would recommend removing the mascara first, and then gently cleansing the rest of your face. When it comes to the eye area, I would not recommend being too aggressive. Many cleansers can be a bit irritating around the eyes, and I've experienced having my eyes water from the discomfort. If the cleansing process is causing that much irritation, it's likely not good for your eyes. Therefore, I would suggest focusing on cleansing the skin, eyebrows, and lips, rather than the delicate eye area.

I'm always attached to cleansing water. I've tried various cleansing waters (Clio, Innisfree, Etude House, Etude House, Holika Holika, Everlasting, The Face Shop, The Body Shop, Laneige, etc.) and have categorized them as 'this one is moisturizing, that one is harsh, this one doesn't remove well, that one has an unpleasant scent' based on my combination skin type. This time, Hwahae Trial Reviewer held an event for a new sensitive skin cleansing water from Physiogel, so I applied and was selected! I used it gratefully every day. The formula is gentle and watery, so it felt incredibly lightweight, which means it doesn't contain many irritating ingredients. Yet, the cleansing power was quite good. (Of course, my long-lasting, waterproof mascara couldn't be removed without oil.) I felt that it had good cleansing power without being irritating to the skin. It contains glycerin, so it didn't leave a sticky or tight feeling after use. I will continue to use it, and I'm grateful for the satisfaction I've found with this product!
ConsIf I hadn't worn heavy eye makeup, I could have said 'There are no downsides!' But unfortunately, the mascara didn't come off easily. (Eyeshadow and stained lip tints washed off well!) But it seems this product had trouble removing the gasoline-based mascara. And when I tried to remove it from the eye area, it felt very irritating, and my eyes watered... I had to be careful around the eyes. I don't want to sacrifice my vision.
Tip- If you don't use purple-toned makeup around the eyes, this product would be absolutely wonderful! โป This review is based on my experience after being selected for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and using the product.
