The cleansing power is good, and the fragrance is just so wonderful! It's the scent I get when I'm at the spa! Whenever I wash my hair while inhaling the fragrance, I feel so good and it's healing for me. I have an oily scalp, so I'm satisfied with the usage experience and will likely continue using it.

I prefer the scent of nature over artificial fragrances. That's why the fragrance is the best for my standards. I don't like the sticky feeling after washing my hair, but this one doesn't have that, which I like. Some may find it stiff, though. I also don't use conditioner after using this! Haha.
Cons
The price is the most disappointing part. I came to check the ingredients of my favorite shampoo, but there were so many allergens. How sad..

I wouldn't recommend this to people with seborrheic scalp. It's more focused on fragrance and moisturizing rather than cleansing power, so it gets itchy over time. I'm quite disappointed.
