  Pros

  Skin type: Dry, slightly dull complexion, few blemishes. I usually prefer light makeup with emphasis on lips. I bought this because it's said to improve skin texture and give a radiant look. I'm satisfied as it doesn't look like I'm wearing makeup and makes my skin appear better. Though pricey, a little goes a long way, so it lasts quite a while.

  Cons

  With my dry skin, if the base isn't applied well, it can look too matte and make my skin appear even drier. It also tends to accentuate dark circles (though this might just be my skin issue). However, it seems to look more hydrated as time passes. Until I find a better base, I plan to repurchase and continue using this product.

  True to its peach mebae essence, it gives a radiant feel. It's not as matte as I expected, so even in summer I could skip moisturizer and apply it directly without feeling too dry. The absorption is as smooth as sunscreen milk.

  Cons

  It's more rich than I anticipated. When I wore this in summer under Double Wear foundation with a mask on, my makeup completely broke down... The claim of being matte seems to vary person to person. I love the color so much that I'm considering repurchasing...

  You won't need foundation with this. Applied alone, it stays put all day without any breakdown and gives a radiant look, but not a chalky white cast. You'll want to wear just this and nothing else.

  Cons

  It's very drying, unfortunately. When you make expressions, your skin feels quite tight. There's absolutely no oil - it even absorbs what little oil you have. It applies thinly and gives a clean, matte finish. The excellent adherence makes it great for special occasions, but you'll need to cleanse thoroughly. It would be fine if not for daily use.

  For oily skin, there's no better makeup base than this. It brightens the face and has great staying power.
