The color and glitter are really pretty.
ConsThe powder fallout is too severe. After using it a few times, I don't feel like I'm using it diligently and it's disappearing, but rather that a lot of powder is falling off and wearing down.

The color payoff is beautifully pigmented.
ConsThe glitter tends to lift a bit, and the longevity is weak! There is significant fallout.

The color is absolutely beautiful - Even though it's winter, I prefer this color and only use it... I like that the color doesn't look too deep even when layered, so it's good for everyday use 2. The pearl is not too excessive - I don't use products with large pearl particles because they feel too heavy, but this one has a subtle, fine pearl shimmer
Cons1. The powder fallout is extremely, extremely severe... But the color is pretty, so I can still use it
TipApplying it thinly gives a beautiful color

However, once you try it, it's a real gem... I wonder why more people don't know about it. The Lillybyred eye makeup is a hidden gem, and I only use Lillybyred products. I'm glad I have a lot of stock, but I'm a bit worried that it might be discontinued. Please, no discontinuation! ๐ When it comes to eyeshadow palettes, realistically, we don't use every single shade. But with this palette, you can create different looks just by using a few shades. I haven't had a single shade that I haven't used yet, and I've been using them all evenly. ๐ I'm a cool-toned person, but I'm a bit hesitant to use the purple or white strawberry milk shades. A makeup artist on YouTube said that cool-toned people should apply makeup in a more muted way, with a light touch on the lips. I completely agree. Muted tones seem to suit cool-toned people better, and this palette is the perfect example of that. Honestly, I don't have a perfect cool-toned eyeshadow, but I don't obsess over the tone too much. That said, I'm not completely avoiding orange-toned shades either. In conclusion, if you're cool-toned, you should definitely get this palette!
Cons๐ Powderiness and fallout. These are things you should keep in mind. I have very sparse lashes, so this product always tends to smear on me.
Tip๐ When you're too lazy to put a lot of effort into your makeup, especially when you don't feel like doing eyeliner, this palette is a lifesaver. ๐ Base: 1 / 1+5 Accent color: 2 / 2+5 / 2+3 Eyeliner or smudging: 3 / 9 / 3+9 If you want to add a pop of color, you can use the pearl eyeshadow (shade 8) on the eyelid, inner corner, or even as an eyeliner.

I've been wanting to try a palette, so I bought one and I'm so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is! The pearl and matte shades are well-blended, and this palette alone is enough to create a complete look!
ConsThe only downside is that there is quite a bit of fallout, and the pearl eyeshadows don't stay in place very well, so they tend to fall on my face a lot. ๐ข It helps to spritz the brush with a setting mist and then pick up the pearl shades to apply them.

The color selection was also great, as I was able to use all the shades without any going unused.
ConsI did notice a bit of powderiness, but the fine texture didn't bother me too much!

This alone is enough to complete your eye makeup.
ConsThere is a slight fallout, but you can apply it smoothly by pressing it with your fingers.

I'd say this is one of the palettes with the least amount of fallout among the ones I've personally used.
ConsWhile the palette overall leans cool-toned, there are a few shades (#2, #3, #7) that may not work as well for true cool-toned individuals. It seems the palette tried to cater to multiple personal color types, resulting in a somewhat ambiguous color combination. The glitters do have a bit of fallout... #4 and #6 in particular. There's no dedicated shade for highlighting the inner corner/undereye area... And no shimmers either. If you do want to use a glitter shade on the inner corner, I'd recommend #6 over #4. #4 may be a more neutral base, but the pink pearls can really pop and look quite pink on the undereye area, not in a brightening way. #6 being a pink-based glitter shade, the base color won't be as strong, and the silver pearl is a 'better' option for inner corner highlight, relatively speaking. But honestly, this palette doesn't really have a great inner corner highlight option. If you really want to use something from this palette, I'd suggest #6. Or you could use #8 as the base, since that's already a pretty shade.
TipRecommended usage by personal color (not definitive): I'd exclude #9 - it's an eyeliner shade, and cool-toned folks may find it too intense for eyeshadow. If needed, you could mix it with a shade like #3. Also, #9 has a slightly odd texture - the adhesion and fallout are a bit problematic. For warm-leaning cool-toned or cool-toned folks wanting a warmer look: 1237 (these seem the warmest) + 4 glitter Summer Light~Bright: 125 (if #2 pulls too warm, you can skip it) Summer Muted: 12358 (again, skip the warmer shades 2-3 if you don't want that) Winter Bright: 125 + 46 glitter (skip the warmer #2) As a winter-toned person myself, I almost always use some pearl/glitter, as matte eyes can look a bit flat on us. Winter types are said to take well to luminous finishes. Winter Deep: The colors in this palette may be too bright and saturated for deep winters. The matte shades also lean a bit warm. There doesn't seem to be a great main color option. Maybe 189... with a glitter? I'd hesitate to recommend this palette solely for a deep winter base and a couple deep accent shades - the options are quite limited. 189 and a glitter are also fairly common shades, while #8's reddish brown with pink-silver pearl is a bit more unique.

ConsApplying it with a brush causes a bit of powder to fly It's probably better to use your fingers But I apply it with a brush Since it doesn't fly around much

The shaded colors are diverse, ranging from dark to light, so it's great to just carry around one palette. The glitters are so dazzling, and the pink-pink tones are right up my alley! The design also seems really pretty to me!
ConsBe careful, as the single-shadow or double-shadow looks can make your eyes look puffy. Still, the double-shadow definitely seems prettier to me! The powder seems to have a bit too much fallout. The lid is also a bit stiff, which has caused me to break my nails a few times!
