The scent is incredibly refreshing and perfect for use all year round. I had a breakout on my back after using a low-quality body wash, but this one cleared it up completely in no time. Now I can't bring myself to use any other body wash. What's more, it lathers up so well that even when I use it alone, it lasts for ages - about 6 months or so? (And that's with daily showers!) As someone with dry skin, I found it a bit disappointing in winter due to its drying effect. Even though it can be a bit drying, the fragrance is so lovely that I've found a great solution. Great for everyday use due to its large size and affordable price. Some videos recommend it for its scent, and I agree - the subtle fragrance is lovely. It also lathers up really well! I'm not sure if I got a faulty pump, but it requires too much effort to dispense the product. It does seem to be rich and deeply moisturizing as claimed. The fragrance is also pleasant. After switching to Cetaphil, I developed a severe rash all over my body starting from the second day. The itching was so intense that I scratched until I bled in several places. I couldn't figure out what was causing the rash until I realized it started right after changing to Cetaphil. Unknowingly, I used it for about 4 days, and now my skin is in absolute turmoil.

The scent is fresh and not overpowering, which made it pleasant to use. After washing, my skin didn't feel dry, but it also wasn't slippery. I think this is a pretty decent product overall. There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. I've been consistently using Cetaphil's emulsion. I tried the sample that came with it, and it's pretty decent. It has a subtle powdery milk scent, reminiscent of baby formula or baby powder. I like that the fragrance isn't overpowering, but rather delicate. After use, my skin feels moisturized and soft. The ingredients list is slightly disappointing.
