The shampoo has a lavender scent, but there is also a floral note to it. It's a large-sized product, so the value for money is good. Plus, it provides excellent moisturization, which is great. Even though my hair is not heavily damaged since I don't dye it, this shampoo still leaves my hair feeling nice and healthy. The formula is transparent, and a single pump produces a sufficient amount of lather, even for my medium-length hair.

The disappointing part is that the lather seems to disappear too quickly.

My mother hastily bought this shampoo from the mart about two months ago.
She bought it because it smelled good and had elastin, but when I used it once,
the next day, there was an oil explosion + flaky scalp + dandruff.
I thought it was just because of dryness, but my mom, dad, and brother all had the same experience. After using it once, I suffered from a painful scalp.
The scalp and crown of my head really smelled bad, and that painful flaky scalp lasted for more than a week.
It's partly due to dryness, but there was also an issue with the shampoo.
My hair also fell out in clumps, but after switching to a different shampoo, my hair went back to normal. It was really scary because my scalp was so painful.

First of all, among the shampoos I've used so far, this one is the most watery and transparent. At first, I thought it wasn't even a shampoo. And since it produces less lather, I end up using more, and the cleansing power feels weak, though I'm not sure if it's just me. They said the scent is lavender, but I'm not sure if that's really lavender. The scent seems less pleasant than the perfume I have, so it doesn't suit me.

While there are no particular highlights, it does seem to have a calming effect on my mind.

The shampoo and conditioner are not great. I've never dyed or permed my hair, but after using them, my hair feels dry and rough.
Looking at the ingredients now, they don't seem very good either.
I have a lot left, so I'll probably have to use it for cleaning purposes.

It's very affordable despite being a large size.

After using this shampoo, I experienced severe flaking of dead skin cells on my scalp. Scab-like formations kept appearing, and I even developed blemishes. My scalp became itchy, and there was excessive oiliness - my hair would get greasy in less than half a day. It seems like they focused solely on the perfume-like scent, neglecting everything else. It's the worst of the worst, and I'm incredibly relieved it's been discontinued.

The only positive thing I can say is that the fragrance is nice. Apart from that, there's absolutely nothing good about it.
