My lips were so dry they were having a dead skin cells party, but this lipstick glides on moisturizing and plump while giving a matte finish. It applies beautifully with great color payoff. The staying power is pretty good too. The shade is like Gangnam Pink with a touch more red, so it's not too neon-like, but it looks natural on those who suit hot pink tones. The regular price of 43,000 won is a bit steep, and there's a slight grassy scent to it. Also, the fact that the distributor is Japanese Shiseido might not sit well with current sentiments. As with all lipsticks, it's best to prep your lips by removing dead skin cells with lip balm or petroleum jelly oil before application. Of course, even without prep, it still helps smooth over the flaky bits.
