There wasn't anything particularly bad, but if I had to point something out, it's not exactly budget-friendly.

I was really satisfied with how refreshing it felt and how it noticeably soothed my scalp.

I use a separate treatment for my hair. It's best to use scalp-specific products for the scalp and hair-specific products for the hair.

If I use it daily, I tend to get blemishes... So having a gentler shampoo to alternate with would be ideal.

It's great to alternate this with the Upitos shampoo. This one feels more effective at cleansing. For me, it's a bit stimulating for daily use on my scalp, so alternating works perfectly. For those with normal scalps, it's slightly stronger in cleansing power. It strengthens the scalp and hair, and gives a nice volume. I'm on my third bottle and haven't found a suitable replacement yet.

While the price is a bit disappointing, there's not much to say about this product beyond it being just okay. It doesn't really have any standout features.

The menthol ingredient seems to give a refreshing and invigorating sensation to the scalp. It feels like it's promoting a healthier scalp overall.

Unfortunately, it didn't seem like an exceptionally effective shampoo, so I don't feel the need to repurchase it. That's the disappointing part.

This shampoo was a safe choice, easy to use without worrying about irritation. The best part was that it left my scalp feeling somewhat refreshed and clean. While it didn't give an intense cooling or invigorating sensation, I did notice that my scalp felt cleaner after using this shampoo!

However, as I continued using it, it's like my scalp developed a tolerance or something, and my scalp condition reverted to its original state. I was disappointed that it didn't have any effect on reducing hair fall either. Also, it doesn't lather well, and there's no scent at all.

I tried this product after hearing it was good for seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss. For the first few days, it seemed to work well, even reducing dandruff.

The downside is that you have to purchase it online, which can be a hassle. When I tried to repurchase, the 500ml size was sold out, and they only had smaller sizes available. Unfortunately, those weren't in pump bottles, so I ended up going back to my previous shampoo. I personally wish it had a bit more of a cooling sensation when washing my hair.

Even with a small amount, it produces an incredibly rich lather and has a wonderfully thick consistency! I love that using just the shampoo doesn't leave my hair feeling overly dry, and I noticed less hair fall compared to other shampoos I've used. The menthol isn't too strong, so it doesn't irritate the scalp. I'd definitely recommend this to those who find intensely cooling shampoos uncomfortable. After washing and drying my hair, I noticed the heat on my scalp had subsided a bit!

I can't believe this solved my scalp inflammation. It's almost frustrating to think about what I've been doing for the past decade. This is truly a product that should never be out of stock.
