I didn't feel any oiliness after applying this.
ConsI feel it's extremely sticky. My face doesn't feel stuffy, but nowadays cosmetics are so well-made that the stickiness is still uncomfortable. When I applied it during the day, it mixed with my sebum and came up like greasy oil.
TipI recommend using it as a night-time product, and applying a refreshing water-type essence on top to mitigate the stickiness.
