I'm a true makeup lover and this is the best makeup remover ever! I've tried all kinds of affordable options, but nothing compares to this one. I keep repurchasing it. I don't do heavy makeup, but mascara is an essential for me, so a good remover is really important. Just put some on a cotton pad and it melts away even the most stubborn mascara. Sometimes cleansing oils alone don't get rid of all the eyeshadow or eyeliner residue, but the Chanel remover cleans everything so thoroughly. It's also gentle on the eyes, so I highly recommend it.

Pros
This is the best eye makeup remover! Just shake it and apply it to a cotton pad - it can gently remove even waterproof and heavy smoky eye makeup without any irritation. I love it so much!
Cons
I used it all over my face because I was lazy, and it caused breakouts. It's a shame that it can only be used on the eyes, not the whole face. While it's fragrance-free, the occasional oil scent was not pleasant.

I've been using this eye makeup remover for 4 years. I'm prone to eye irritation, and most eye makeup removers sting, but this one doesn't sting at all. And most importantly, it has great cleansing power. I've never tried Kiss Me, but I've been using Cle de Peau Beauté mascara for over 4 years, and the main reason I've stuck with this remover is that it effectively removes the Cle de Peau Beauté mascara. I must be spending a lot of money on this...

It's expensive... So I try not to remember how much it costs while I'm using it.

I have repurchased and am using it. There is almost no irritation to the eyes. When shaken well and applied to a cotton pad, it has the right amount of oil content, so it removes even waterproof mascara well. Personally, I don't really like Chanel cosmetics, but I repurchased this product because I liked it.
Cons
As a cleansing product that is used quite liberally, the price is probably reasonable. I also purchased it at the duty-free shop. When doing full makeup, I've been using the 24-hour lasting tattoo eyeliner and Kiss Me mascara, and they wipe off well without irritation, so I've been using them consistently.
Cons
The price is too expensive and it's too heavy. I ended up going to another product because of the price, but I always come back to it in the end.

The makeup remover I used is the best! It wasn't at all irritating, and it didn't hurt either. It completely removes even heavy eyeliner or smoky makeup. I really think it's great. It also removes waterproof products very well.
