It's drawn very thinly. My dry eye syndrome makes my eyes water a lot, but it doesn't smear at all.

Sometimes it doesn't get drawn well enough, and in those cases, try doing a powder treatment and applying it.

As a highly oily-skinned individual, I have received tremendous love for this product. I have been using it for 7-8 years now, and I've lost count of how many tubes I've gone through. While I tend to stick to products I'm devoted to, I simply haven't found anything better than this. Given my extremely oily skin, even after washing my hair in the morning, by 6-7 PM or around commute time, my makeup starts to get shiny and greasy. If I don't touch up my makeup during lunch, the oil starts to drip down by 1-2 PM. It's really dirty, I know ㅠㅠ But the key point with this eyeliner is that it hardly smudges, even without much retouching. It does transfer a bit to the lower triangular zone due to my monolid, but a quick wipe with a cotton swab once a day is all it needs. The eyeliner shape is maintained almost perfectly.

There's really nothing I dislike... If anything, I wish the minimum purchase quantity was lower, so I could just buy it without feeling obligated. But overall, I highly recommend this to anyone with oily skin.

If you need long-lasting wear for events like concerts or being out from morning to late night, I'd recommend using an eye primer first, and finishing with a setting spray for maximum longevity.
