I feel a plumping sensation and my lips seem to have become slightly fuller!! I thought it was a jelly tint, but it turned out to be a water tint~ I'm not a big fan of water tints because they can be drying and difficult to apply nicely, but this product seems to have less of that issue, so I was able to use it without much resistance ( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ ) ✔Positives✔ -Plumping effect that makes the lips fuller -Less drying than typical water tints
