It's gentle and moisturizing without any tingling or irritation, making it suitable for everyone. You could use this year-round, through spring, summer, fall, and winter. Not recommended for those who prefer a fresh finish. Recommended for those with dry skin. For best results, saturate a cotton pad generously and use it as a pre-makeup step. I loved the generous amount! It seems perfect for those with dry skin to use during winter. As soon as I used it, I broke out in tiny bumps. I thought it might be due to my skin condition, so I tried using it as a mask with just one soaked cotton pad. Turns out, the toner was indeed the problem. Haha, it's got a generous amount and it's a toner that delivers plenty of oil and moisture balance to your skin. Even though it's a toner, it seems to work as an all-in-one, almost functioning like a serum too. If you're a fan of propolis, you'll likely enjoy using this. I find it really convenient to use after working out when my skin is extremely dry. It's great that I don't need to apply multiple products - this one does the job! This is so hydrating that you don't need any other moisturizing serums. Applying two layers feels like you've used a rich ampoule. The propolis seems to agree with my skin, absorbing well into the complexion. The only downside I can think of is that the regular price is higher than expected.
