I used to have extremely oily skin, to the point where I only needed a light moisturizer even in winter. But suddenly, I developed perioral dermatitis, and my face became severely dry, so I decided to give this a try. Since it's not a watery toner, the texture is quite rich for oily skin types to use in summer or early fall. However, I found it perfect for use from winter through spring. It worked wonders for my skin without causing any adverse reactions. None! I never thought a toner with such a thick consistency would suit my skin so well. This toner seems to be an excellent option for those dealing with combination dehydrated skin or sudden changes in skin type. It provides deep hydration without causing blemishes or irritation, making it particularly suitable for the colder months. When your skin is irritated, when your skin hurts, and when you need moisturization, this is great. Even when you're short on time in the morning, applying this and a cream is enough. I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through. I stock up every time there's a sale. For my dry skin, this is the absolute best. Everything about it is great! Nothing bad to say. This is my holy grail toner, no wonder it's number one! At first, I thought it might be too oily, but that's not the case at all. It's incredibly hydrating and makes my skin super moisturized. It's gentle and after using it, I noticed a significant reduction in tiny bumps on my forehead. There's nothing bad to say. I'm completely satisfied. After using it, my skin feels supple and bouncy.

As someone with extremely dry skin, I found this product wonderfully moisturizing and plumping. It significantly improved my skin's dryness. I can't find a single flaw with this product, which is why I've been using it for over two years now. I apply it once right after cleansing, then again after drying my hair. For those with deep dryness or extremely dry skin, this seems to be the best toner. I switched to this toner because my previous one felt like it just sat on top of my skin and didn't absorb well. Since I'm already using COSRX serum, I decided to stick with the same line. This toner definitely absorbs better! When winter came, my skin went haywire and nothing seemed to hydrate it properly. But after switching my skincare basics to COSRX, my skin calmed down significantly. The difference is most noticeable when I'm applying makeup. If I use this toner on a cotton pad to smooth out my skin texture before makeup, I can clearly see how much my skin has improved. It seems this isn't exactly a lightweight formula, as you need to use quite a bit more product to properly saturate a cotton pad compared to other toners.
