The lightweight feel may make it feel a bit drying for dry skin types, but since it's not used alone, it should be fine to use without much burden.

It's odorless and has minimal irritation, making it perfect for daily toner use. With a watery texture that glides on, it's great for using as a cleansing water or as a cotton pack. The affordable price and the skin whitening functional certification are also nice features.

I usually wipe with a cleansing pad, apply toner, and finish with aloe. I applied as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, and at first I was satisfied because it felt so moisturizing. But after applying it two or three times and then using aloe, the area around my nose suddenly started itching, and my whole face turned red and broke out in hives. I quickly applied a lot of aloe, and it got better after a while. This has never happened to me before, so I was really shocked. Even though the ingredients are gentle, I guess it just didn't agree with my skin.

I don't think they have it yet! I used to use Japanese products, but then I switched to all Korean cosmetics and started trying them out.

Is this a mildly acidic product? After cleansing, I really enjoyed the smooth, silky feeling, like coming out of a hot spring!

The aloe vera in the formula is also great for soothing the skin. You can even use it as a refreshing face mask by soaking a cotton pad and leaving it on for a few minutes!

The only downside is that this toner may not be enough hydration for dry skin types on its own - you'll likely need to follow up with a more nourishing cream. 
Also, the packaging is a plastic bottle, which I understand is a cost-saving measure. However, it would be great if the bottle was transparent so you could easily check the remaining product.

I had a great experience using an essence with niacinamide from another brand - my skin texture really improved. However, it felt a bit too slippery and oily for my liking.
Luckily, I found a niacinamide-infused toner that works wonderfully for me. It's as hydrating as a water-based toner, but absorbs quickly without any greasy residue. After using it with a cotton pad and then applying it with my palms, my skin looks so much brighter and more refined. If niacinamide agrees with your skin, I'm sure you'll love this toner too! It would be perfect for summer use as well.
The formula is not as lightweight as a pure water toner, but it's still very close to that consistency. And the best part is, there's no oily film left on my hands after application. (Maybe thanks to the aloe vera it contains?) 
The price point is also quite reasonable considering the niacinamide ingredient, which usually drives up costs. I really hope the brand doesn't increase the price in the future!
