  This is the 19th winter cool-toned bright color! I purchased this product because I heard it was an affordable version of MAC's Amplified lipstick. True to its Black Rouge name, the application was really smooth and the color payoff was amazing. There was no feathering, and it seemed to fill in my lip lines nicely. I highly recommend this cool-toned shade..🥺🤍
