I started using this during my second trimester of pregnancy. My belly was constantly itchy, so I tried various products. While this one did provide a nice moisturizing effect, it didn't completely eliminate the itching. I had hoped using this would soothe my dry skin and reduce the itching, but it seems it wasn't quite the right solution for my situation.

I used this with oil. Mixing the oil into the cream worked well - the oil didn't just sit on top. Compared to Primera, this Burt's Bees cream is richer and has a thicker consistency. It applies smoothly and leaves skin feeling deeply hydrated. It's a bit inconvenient to scoop out with your fingers. It provides instant hydration and has a rich texture. So far, I haven't developed any stretch marks. Pregnant women are advised to be cautious about phenoxyethanol, so I'm a bit uneasy about this ingredient being in a cream that's applied all over the body daily. The hydration is excellent, and it seems great for preventing stretch marks. It's easy to apply with your hands. After using it, I experienced severe acne. The white cast is quite noticeable, so you need to rub it in several times. For a stretch mark cream, it's reasonably priced, making it great for generous application It leaves a white cast when applied, though I'm not sure why this happens
