- Skin feels firm and plump after applying 2-3 layers post-cleansing - Has an oily texture but absorbs well, leaving skin hydrated - Though I prefer unscented products, I'm captivated by its refreshing, slightly spicy scent - Offers a uniquely bouncy hydration compared to other products - While some ingredients might not be ideal, it works well for my dry skin - Not cost-effective if you use large amounts generously - The wide opening causes too much product to pour out; a pump dispenser would have been better Nevertheless, it's the Bobbi Brown skincare product I'm most satisfied with Recommended to use without a cotton pad - hj*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 20, 2025
I've been using this without any blemishes appearing. It seems to provide great hydration. For me, the scent feels a bit strong. Maybe it's because I've been using Dokdo Toning for a long time. - wo*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedAug 30, 2024
I received this product during a department store promotion, and it was highly recommended for my sensitive skin. I was skeptical at first, but it quickly calmed my irritated skin and reduced facial redness. When applied before makeup, it makes my skin feel firm and supple. The price is a bit steep, I must say. Also, the texture is quite thick, almost like a runny gel, which makes it a bit tricky to apply with a cotton pad. - hj********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 12, 2024
It's excellent for use as an exfoliating toner after cleansing, gently refining the skin while leaving a bit of hydration. I also loved using it before makeup by soaking cotton pads and placing them on my face - it cools the skin and leaves it beautifully moisturized. I have combination dehydrated skin with large pores and tend to get small blemishes. The difference in controlling excess sebum was noticeable depending on whether I included or skipped this step after cleansing. The natural, gentle fragrance is also lovely. The opening of the container is quite large, so you need to be careful not to spill too much toner when pouring it onto a cotton pad. For a flawless makeup application, use this toner to refine your skin texture after cleansing. While you dry your hair, leave toner-soaked cotton pads on your face - it helps your makeup go on beautifully that day. - w_****Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresJul 13, 2024
It's not bad, just okay. It feels alright when applied as the first step in your skincare routine. The product is decent, but considering the price, I probably won't repurchase it. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMar 22, 2024
It instantly replenishes moisture. For my sensitive skin, it doesn't cause any blemishes and gives a feeling of clarifying the complexion. There's also a sense that it improves skin texture. I prefer to apply it by dispensing onto my hands rather than using a cotton pad, but when I do this, it tends to drip, resulting in some product waste. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJul 24, 2022
It seems to effectively cleanse and balance my skin, leaving it feeling hydrated after use I hesitate every time I buy it due to the price, but it's worth the cost, so I keep using it consistently - eu*********Dry SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2022
I used to think 'how good can a toner really be?', but this one is truly amazing. I typically apply toner by pouring some into my hands and letting it absorb, skipping exfoliating toners. What's fascinating is that whether it's in my hand or on my face, it has a consistent water-like texture, yet it glides on smoothly in a uniquely pleasant way. Despite not having a runny consistency, it leaves a lasting hydration that carries me through to my eye cream and serum application. Unlike the Dokdo toner, this bottle doesn't have a lid design that seals the opening, so it might leak if you take it on trips. I think it would have been even better without any fragrance. While the scent isn't overpowering for a skincare product... Buying this toner individually at full price is indeed expensive for a toner. However, the Bobbi Brown official website often has sales with high discount rates, and this toner is frequently included in sets. With discounts applied to the sets, I was able to purchase it at a price that's quite reasonable for a Bobbi Brown product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2022
The texture is so watery that it's easy to apply generously without feeling heavy on the skin. It doesn't seem to provide much nourishment or hydration. It's really just for a light application after washing your face. The opening at the front is a bit large, making it difficult to control the amount dispensed. - eu*****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedMar 19, 2022
Usually, for dry skin types, a moisturizing toner with a runny consistency is recommended. However, this one has a light, water-like texture that doesn't feel drying at all. You can really feel the hydration and moisture it provides. I first use it as a toner with a cotton pad, then pat it in with my hands for a second layer. This method has significantly reduced the deep dryness I used to experience. After using it as a toner and then layering it again, I went through the product faster than expected. I wish it came in a larger size. It also works great as a skin pack when applied with cotton pads.
