I received this as a sample, and while the color didn't match my complexion, I really liked the texture. It's a tint with a glass-like glow and a bouncy consistency. I found it easy to apply - you can just swipe it on and press your lips together for full coverage. I appreciated that it didn't bleed outside my lip line. Due to its formula, it does transfer quite a bit initially. However, if you blot with a tissue right after application, it sets nicely, leaving only a slight transfer of color and shimmer without disturbing the lip shape. The staining effect was even and long-lasting, which I loved. Plus, my lips didn't feel dry over time, making it easy to remove during cleansing later. As an autumn warm tone, this winter cool-toned color wasn't ideal for me. I had it sitting unused for a while before trying it recently, and aside from the color, I generally liked it. The fuchsia magenta shade does brighten up the face, but it inevitably looks a bit off on my skin tone. Also, being a Japanese brand, I realized it's been quite a while since I last purchased a NARS product.
