I really liked the cooling sensation and effective soothing of blemishes when I first used it.

After continued use, the formula seemed to be a bit irritating, and the blemishes didn't seem to calm down as much. Sometimes, it even seemed to make them worse. And the ampoule contained a ton of product, but I couldn't absorb it all, so when I applied more than a certain amount, it would just get pushed out like a mask and a lot would be left over.
