The scent is delightfully sweet and subtly pleasant! While I don't have any specific complaints, I think this product might be a bit polarizing for some people.

The Body Shop fragrances usually have that authentic fresh fruit aroma which I love, but this mango one is a bit off. There's a mix of vanilla and a nauseating car-like smell. As someone prone to motion sickness, this scent gives me a headache. It's far from a light fragrance. In summer, it could be irritating... It's neither refreshing, nor does it have good longevity despite the vanilla notes. The glass bottle isn't convenient to carry around either... Given that it's not particularly cheap, I can't say it offers good value for money. Honestly, it doesn't even compare to most mainstream perfumes out there. The grapefruit scent from the same line is much more refreshing and pleasant, with a real fresh grapefruit aroma. Sweet and perfectly mango-scented! I highly recommend this to anyone craving a true mango fragrance. Taking a whiff now and then is a real mood-lifter. As someone who loves fruity scents, I found this fragrance absolutely delightful. When first sprayed, it gives off a sweet and tangy aroma. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys sweet fruit scents. Unfortunately, the longevity is disappointingly short. I had heard it doesn't last long, but despite being a perfume, its staying power seems comparable to that of a shower cologne. It's quite a letdown. - na****Combination SkinFeb 20, 2017
The fragrance is absolutely delightful and sweet. I can't stop sniffing it! Even though I'm not usually a fan of strong scents, I think I could keep using this one forever. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't seem to last very long. I find myself reapplying it frequently, which means I'll probably use it up quickly at this rate. 
db******Oily SkinAcne SkinAug 8, 2015I've used about 5 bottles because I loved the initial scent so much. It's not an overly sweet mango fragrance, just a nice, natural mango scent. The top, middle, and base notes are drastically different. It starts with such an intense, feminine scent that you might wonder, 'Is this really mango?' While it's normal for fragrances to evolve over time, the mango scent completely disappears. I still gave it 4 stars because I truly love mango, but honestly, if it weren't for the initial 30 minutes of mango scent in the base notes, I would have given it the lowest rating. The longevity isn't great either. I wanted a sweet, luscious mango perfume, but I suppose this is decent enough, so I'm using it up. As I'm finishing my last bottle, I'm unsure about repurchasing. I'll probably go searching for a different, more indulgent mango fragrance. I read somewhere that if you apply a bit of unscented lotion before spraying your perfume, the fragrance lasts longer.
