Oh, I'm very satisfied... As I'm also sensitive-skinned, I never even dreamed of using oils, but they say you have to melt off sebum and blackheads with oils or cleansing lotions, not squeeze them... But cleansing lotions don't cleanse well and are a waste of money, so I chose an oil that can do it all in one go, and I can really see my sebum and blackheads decreasing, so I look forward to cleansing every day haha I used some random oils lying around before, but they didn't work, so I gave up, thinking my sebum and blackheads were just too strong. But the Avene cleansing oil is amazing, you can actually see the results! It doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes - it's made with gentle ingredients... I didn't even realize it got in my eyes until later... haha It's also fascinating how it turns white when mixed with water, and I thought the cleansing power would be weak, but it's surprisingly strong, haha

Hmm, the price? But I bought it on the Naver Store, where it's 50% off, so that's what I did.
