Apply it after showering or before leaving in the morning to your underarms, chest area (which has apocrine sweat glands that can produce unpleasant odors), back (if you sweat a lot there), feet, and other areas. It will keep you odor-free all day!

I also appreciate that the ingredients aren't strange chemicals, but natural mineral components, making it safe for the body.
