◇Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review◇ This was a brand I had never heard of before. When I looked it up, the reviews were good, so I had high expectations. After trying it, it exceeded my expectations. I will purchase this with my own money once I finish the current product. This is the most satisfying cosmetic product I've encountered recently. 1. Packaging/Container The premium packaging made me feel good. (The pouch also fits the small parasol cover.) It's made of glass, so it has some weight, but I prefer glass bottles over plastic. I think it's better for temperature management and storage of the product. (I personally think plastic is more sensitive to external conditions.) My hands are small, but the thin container is very easy to grip! The maple sap image matches the wood-like design, giving it a unique feel. 2. Skin Type and Moisturizing I have dry, eczema-prone (you can see the neck wrinkles in the photo, eczema line ㅠㅠ), and sensitive skin, so I'm extremely picky and tired when it comes to skincare. My face gets eczema even with the slightest issue. I have no oiliness except on my nose. So I'm very focused on moisturizing. But if I just use heavy moisturizing, my skin gets dry, stuffy, and develops pimples and tightness. I'm using a toner/lotion/moisturizer/oil cream routine, and this product is called an essence toner, so I applied it right after cleansing. Honestly, I don't expect much moisturizing from toners. Products that claim to be moisturizing often leave a sticky feeling and just coat the surface, but this product absorbs right in without any burden, and I didn't feel any tightness. It seems like the nutrients are being absorbed into my skin. The first serum I'm currently using also has decent moisturizing, but even in the summer, I still feel tightness. After using this and then the lotion, the time between applications has increased, and I don't feel that tightness anymore. My mom is also using it and says it's good. 3. Application I'm satisfied with this as well. It's not completely watery, but not too thick either. It's the right consistency. 4. Fragrance It has a cosmetic fragrance. So there may be some who like or dislike it. For me, it's a scent I haven't smelled in a long time, so I found it pleasantly surprising.

I found out it's also sold at duty-free shops, and there's a range of prices. It's a bit disappointing, but this is now the #1 toner essence I've used so far. So even though it has a price, I'm going to purchase it myself next time. It's better and more satisfying than expensive department store products. There were no good points. I bought it without hesitation after seeing it on Get It Beauty.
Cons
After applying it, a few days later, the area under my lips became reddish and swollen. The next day, when I applied it again, my face felt like it was burning.

Pros
It absorbs quickly and applies smoothly. It's good to use as a booster before toner or lotion instead of wiping off.
Cons
It has a strong alcohol scent, and for some reason, the area around my cheeks would sometimes feel irritated after applying it. If you apply it to your hands, let the alcohol evaporate a bit, and then apply it, it gets better, but those with sensitive skin may want to avoid it.
Tip
If you spread it on your hands and flutter them a bit, the alcohol seems to dissipate to some extent.
