The fragrance is a subtle blend of ginger and lemon, pleasant enough that even men or older individuals could use it without finding it overpowering. As a functional shampoo, I noticed less hair fall while using it. It produces rich lather and leaves your scalp feeling refreshed. I didn't experience any blemishes on my scalp either. While the product itself looks light and might seem like it wouldn't cleanse thoroughly, the menthol ingredient provides a cooling sensation. Thanks to the ginseng stem cell culture and fermented black garlic extracts, my scalp felt comfortable. I also appreciated that my hair didn't feel excessively stiff after washing. There's not really anything to complain about... except maybe the price, of course! I believe I purchased it during a 1+1 sale on G9, and at that price, I'd consider continuing to use it. After using this, all the blemishes on my scalp cleared up completely. I love you, Nioxin! I'm sticking with Nioxin from now on. My scalp is super sensitive, and I don't know how I lived before using this product... I wish they'd sell travel-sized versions too. Ever since I started using this, I can't use anything else.
