This is really great. My hair was too long, so after a perm, coloring, and using a curling iron, my damaged hair became soft and smooth. The 1+1 deal is excellent.

I bought a set of three items from the official website - shampoo + hair pack + scalp brush.
I was very satisfied with the shampoo, and the hair pack was just as good as the shampoo, if not better. 
My hair is naturally thin, and due to excessive coloring and perming, it has become quite damaged, especially the ends.
I had fallen for the advertisements of other popular hair pack treatments, but they didn't seem to work well for me. However, when I used the Natshee hair pack, I could feel my hair becoming softer.
Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the hair pack, but it turned out to be a great find. 
If you have damaged hair, I recommend trying it. It may not be dramatically different, but it's definitely much better than the hair packs I've tried before. The 500ml size is also generous and lasts a long time! Highly recommended.

I bought it after seeing the reviews on Instagram and Hwahae, but the effect is not as advertised and it's similar to other treatments.. The Aurora LPP is around 9,900 won for 1,000ml, so I think Natsu has much poorer cost-effectiveness.

Unlike other treatments, when applied, it is soft and has a thick, non-runny texture.

Don't worry about the price, just squeeze it a few times and apply it mainly to the ends of your hair, then massage it in and leave it for a while before rinsing.
Your hair will be so soft and fluffy!

After shampooing, be sure to thoroughly towel-dry your hair and apply the hair mask generously, allowing ample time (like while brushing your teeth) for the nutrients to absorb. The formula is so rich and penetrates the hair so quickly that even a quick rinse leaves a substantial amount behind.
However, for the best results, some extra time and effort is required.

More importantly, if you have sensitive skin like me, be careful to avoid getting the product on your scalp or body, as it can cause irritation.

The abundant nourishing ingredients might be the culprit, as my scalp felt slightly itchy and irritated just a day after using the shampoo. Since my hair is long, the hair mask residue that got on my back and shoulders during the application process also caused some minor irritation.

But since the quantity is at least decent, I figured even if I got tricked again, it wouldn't sting as much. Little did I know, this product would transform my dull, graying hair into a sleek, shiny mane with just one use!🙊🙊🙉

Honestly, it's not like my hair became perfectly glossy and healthy-looking from a single use. But the fact that my tangled, unruly locks became so smooth that they glided through my fingers without a single snag was just mind-blowing. And the best part? My limp hair gained so much volume and bounce, making me look at least 10 years younger (Ladies of a certain age, don't just invest in your skin - pamper your hair too for a youthful look☝️)

It's so great! Wow, I can't believe I just found out about this now... It's so embarrassing ㅠㅠㅠㅠ My hair has been bleached 10 times in the past 2 months, and I've dyed it over 10 times... My hair used to reach my waist, but it's all fried now... Today was the first time I used it, and I was amazed the whole time while drying my hair.
