Every morning and evening, I soak a cotton pad and wipe my face with it. I also gently swipe it over areas with lots of blackheads. I've noticed that larger blackheads have shrunk, and rough, bumpy areas have become much smoother.

The cap is pointy, so you need to aim carefully when applying. (Given the large quantity, I don't feel it's much of a waste though.)

Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes and used up the entire bottle. It was particularly effective on my blackheads.
