Cushion foundation-like products don't have poor color payoff and apply well when in a smooth, fluffy state. The ingredients are decent, so I use it without any issues, but I personally find it more convenient to just swipe on a larger amount rather than a thin layer.
Cons
First, when there is oil, it's hard to draw well - just applying the base. I tried putting on just sunscreen and then drawing on top, but it didn't work well.
Tip
After removing excess oil and moisture, draw.
