This matte eyeshadow palette in basic brown tones is truly top-notch. I'm so in love with the matte shadow colors that I've created a custom palette by depotting these shades along with the soft coral from another set and my other go-to shadows. It's become my irreplaceable daily palette, so I bought another one of each shade for refills. I actually purchased this a long time ago, but I've noticed the manufacturer has changed from Cosmax to C&C. I recently bought a refill and was disappointed to find the color and texture of the shadows had changed. It's such a letdown because I really loved the old version, but now it's impossible to find. That's why my rating is based on the previous version. The color is perfect for fall! Great for creating dimensional eye looks. The shimmer is beautiful too. I wish the packaging was a bit sturdier. It would be nice if there was a mirror in the lid.
