(Update) 05/22/2020 - Discontinued use For about a week, I felt a cooling sensation and noticed my complexion becoming clearer. However, I started developing blemishes and excess oil, and my face became constantly itchy. After consulting with my esthetician, I learned that some people experience these issues when using soothing gels. She advised against using it. Currently, I'm recovering with emergency treatment from my esthetician. At least my face isn't itchy anymore, so it's bearable now. Lately, I've been finishing my skincare routine with toner, gel, oil, and cream. It's not too heavy, not too dry - just perfect! I also feel like applying oil after the gel helps the oil absorb better.
