It absorbs better than the previous Shiseido solid concealer, resulting in less pilling The color descriptions are severely lacking. Even searching online doesn't provide enough information. I bought the recommended shade 21 (color 201), but it's too earthy for my slightly darker 21 complexion. It oxidizes to a yellower, darker tone as it dries, especially compared to the initial application. Surprisingly, it's even more yellow and dark than my hands, which are usually darker than my face. I'm quite disappointed with the color mismatch. On the bright side, it works decently for dark circles. I had high hopes of using this as a foundation alternative, but it's not quite living up to expectations. It would be best to test the colors in-store. I've tried many concealers with different textures, but this one is truly magical - a first for me! Usually, high-coverage concealers tend to crack and fade over time, but this product perfectly covers blemishes and has amazing staying power. When applied thinly, it goes on like foundation and has great longevity, but it's disappointing that the quantity is so small.
