I can see why they named this product 'Sheer Matte Lipstick'!! I really liked this product because there was no accentuation of flaky skin. I have quite dry lips, so it was fine when I applied it at home, but when I went out and reapplied, my lips would always get flaky. But this one doesn't do that at all! And even though it's matte, the application is still creamy. I'm very satisfied - the color payoff is great, and the color range is all very wearable for daily use. Definitely the best, as expected from Yves Saint Laurent.
Cons
The only downside is the longevity could be better. It stays on fine, but once I eat or drink something, it disappears...
Tip
Overall, if you apply a full layer and then just lightly dab on a toned-down tint shade in the center, the creamy formula will create a nice gradient effect. It works great when mixing and matching with other products!

I've always had chapped lips and peeling skin on my lips since I was young, and it was so stressful. But after using this, I learned that you really should use good quality cosmetics. My lip rash is gone now and my lips don't get chapped anymore! This lipstick is just the right amount of moisturizing, so it doesn't feel overly shiny when I apply it. Even if I have some peeling skin, it doesn't emphasize it at all. And it goes really well with my bare skin, which I like.

Since it's so moisturizing, it tends to come off when I eat or drink something. But if I'm careful, it doesn't come off, so there have been many times when I've only had to apply it once in the morning and it's lasted until I got home at night.

The color is so natural, I think it suits my bare face better than a full makeup look!
