It applies very moisturizing and the color payoff is quite good as it appears. The shine essence oil complex keeps the vibrant color moisturized and maintains the lip makeup for a long time. The color is pretty and the lasting power seems quite good. It also applies smoothly and doesn't flake even when layered.
Cons
It's a bit too matte... It really emphasizes wrinkles and has a bit of a 'yogurt' effect. Even when I tried applying it without lip balm, thinking the matte effect was causing the 'yogurt' look, it still showed up. It does minimize the effect a bit, but it's still there. And while matte lips do have their advantages, this Weitmake tint was manageable, but this one is a bit too extreme.

The application is really smooth and the color is incredibly beautiful. Compared to the tint I used before, that might be the reason. It has a pinkish tone, so I think it will suit many people well.
Cons
It creates quite a bit of flakiness. Since my lips are very dry, even after applying lip balm and then the tint, the flakiness still appears.
