It's just... It has a lot of allantoin, so it's great for soothing the skin, and if you just apply this toner, and feel like you need more moisture, you can apply it twice.

When I'm tired, my skin around my eyes suddenly gets hives-like bumps. But if I put it on cotton, it goes down right away. I've tried other things, but nothing works as well as this, so I'm already on my third bottle. The calming effect seems really good.
Cons
The packaging has been renewed and it seems a bit heavier..? But I don't think there's anything else.
Tip
Putting it on cotton and leaving it there seems to be the best way.
