ConsSelf-bleaching is not recommended as it can cause scalp burns or hair damage if done incorrectly.
TipBefore bleaching, do not wash your hair and be sure to apply a scalp protector. When bleaching more than once, leave a day or two in between. Wrapping your hair in foil can also help. Do not leave the bleach on for less than 30 minutes, even if the color is not as light as desired.

Excellent color payoff 3. Easy to apply 4. Minimal staining ▶️ For someone like me who dyes their hair every two weeks, this is an absolute lifesaver. I've tried both Wella and powder-type hair dyes, but Wella was too difficult to mix the right ratio, and the powder was too thick. This one is so smooth and applies beautifully, so there's no uneven coloring or staining. Sometimes self-bleaching can take a long time to fully process, but this one works quickly - it only took me about 30 minutes!! And while it's more damaging than a salon treatment, it's not as harsh as other at-home products, so I use it regularly!!!
Cons1. The packaging is a squeeze tube, so the opening can get clogged 2. Due to the above issue, if you squeeze too hard, it can splatter everywhere Other than those drawbacks, I didn't find any other problems!
Tip1. A hair dye brush? Not absolutely necessary, but for those who want to apply it meticulously without any uneven coloring, it's a must-have. You can find them at Olive Young or Lala Blah for a reasonable price!! 2. I use the length that just reaches my shoulders, and about 3 tubes are enough for me. When Olive Young has a sale, I can get 3 for around 15,000 won, so I like to stock up. 3. There's also a 'Dr. Recovery' single-use treatment that they sell cheaply - I find it helps a bit if you use that along with the dye. The included conditioner is great too.
