There's nothing particularly bad about it, except the lid is a bit tricky to close. The product itself is quite good though.

The cream spreads nicely without feeling slippery, absorbs well, and isn't sticky at all - which I love. I use hand cream dozens of times a day, so I'm excited to use all three in the set.
