There were no particular disappointments, so I thought that if I continued using it, some shortcomings might arise.

Hwahae has a dual function that can simultaneously care for whitening and wrinkle improvement. As we age, wrinkles may develop, so it's a good idea to preventatively care for it. The lid is in a tube form. Lately, skincare has been quite bothersome for me, and perhaps it's because it's summer, but I find that applying this product alone is sufficient, instead of a full skincare routine. During the summer, the skin tends to be at its worst, but this product seems to properly perform the function of a mask pack, helping to manage the skin's turnover cycle and restore skin vitality. Everyone finds mask sheets to be a hassle, and I personally dislike the continuous sticky feeling on the skin. I'd recommend this to those who are lazy. The gel is slightly translucent and applies without stickiness, absorbing well into the skin.

Generally, regular face masks can be a hassle, so I don't get to use them often, but sleeping packs are so convenient since you just apply and sleep. That's why I pay close attention to the application and absorption. The VNY Salmon Sleeping Mask is a product that satisfies me in both application and absorption!
The non-greasy finish has less stickiness than expected, so it's best to apply about an hour before bedtime. After using the sleeping mask, I could feel my skin becoming more comfortable overall. The subtle floral scent and the moisturizing sensation on the skin that gets absorbed more and more as you massage it give a healthy, glowing look. 
I've been using it every night and haven't experienced any skin troubles.

They call it a sleeping pack, but I've been using it like a regular moisturizer, morning and night. I'm not sure if the effects are as strong, but I did apply sunscreen on top. In the mornings, I just quickly slap it on before rushing to do my makeup.

This is not a watery moisturizer, but rather a creamy and rich moisturizer. It has a similar feel to the Daxx Blemmish Cream. It's easy to apply before makeup. It also works well on its own. I don't like strongly scented cosmetics, but this has a subtle fragrance that I enjoyed.

I used it for a week and the best things are 1. It completely gets rid of the inner dryness? I've tried barrier creams and all sorts of things, but my skin would get dry and oily, but the Salmon Firming Sleeping Mask fills the moisture back into my skin and makes it bouncy! 2. After a hydrating cleanse, applying it at night as a night care makes my skin so dewy, and in the morning after cleansing, my skin has a subtle glow! The subtle glow looks beautiful even with just sunscreen!
3. I have sensitive acne-prone skin, but using this didn't make my acne worse at all - it seems like the moisturizing layer protected my skin! I think it's gentle enough to use.
4. It makes my skin look like honey skin - my friend said my skin looked so nourished and like honey skin when she saw me. Lastly, rather than layering a bunch of products, just lightly applying this Sleeping Mask as a night care and going to sleep is so convenient... It's great.

It would be great to apply this after using a hydrating toner to prep the skin before the pack.

1. The formula has a cooling sensation and feels like a rich aloe vera gel. I liked that the finish is not greasy and feels refreshing!
2. The fragrance is not overbearing, just a typical cosmetic scent.

As mentioned in the instructions, with the summer weather now, when I come home from work, my face temperature doesn't cool down easily.
So before washing my face, I put the sleeping mask in the freezer, then apply it directly to my face, cover it with a wrap, and roll an ice roller over it once more.
Then I just throw away the wrap and go straight to bed. I think this is probably the biggest advantage of the sleeping mask.

The disappointing part is that it just does the average job, and the downside is also somewhat ordinary.
Personally, I didn't have any particular issues like breakouts or irritation, nor did my skin improve in terms of wrinkle reduction, skin tone, or texture.
So I didn't really notice much of a difference whether I used it or not.

What I was satisfied with was that there was nothing particularly excessive, which was good.
The fragrance was not too strong, and even though I applied it thickly, it felt just the right amount of moisturizing, as if I had put on a moisturizing cream and the absorption was slow.
I did wonder if I was putting too much on my pillow, but as a sleeping mask, the texture and application were quite nice.

As for downsides, if I had to pick one, it's that I'm not sure about the wrinkle improvement effect since I've only used it for a few days. And there's a bit of stickiness, but I think that's normal for a mask, so I'm not sure if that counts as a downside.
