For those with dry skin, applying this right after washing your face, as if you're spreading dough, seems to provide excellent hydration. It also has a temporary soothing effect on blemishes. It's decent enough for light cooling use in summer. It's just okay. Doesn't feel deeply hydrating. You need to apply something extra.

My mom bought this for me, and when I apply it to my face, it feels refreshing. You can immediately sense the hydration. I ended up using this because it was available, but the ingredients aren't particularly good. While it might feel moisturizing when you first apply it, once it's fully absorbed, you might notice that your skin feels dry underneath. As someone with dry skin, when there's deep dryness, my face feels really tight. I wouldn't really recommend it - I'm just using it because I have it.
