It's good - the right amount of moisturizing, without irritating the skin, and it feels like it's gently exfoliating. You can spray it on before washing your face, or use it after showering and then wash your face, or even spray it on during the toner step. The spray format is a huge plus since you don't have to use your hands. Cosrx seems to really focus on the core ingredients and their product designs seem to consider user convenience, which I really like.

I've been using it about once or twice a week for around 3 months. In the winter, I use it alternately with a moisturizing pad. I use it as a toner, and it makes my skin feel refreshed and helps to soften dead skin cells. When it's hotter, I used it more often, but as it's gotten colder, I've been using it a bit less. It's not for moisturizing, but it makes my skin look clearer.
Cons
There's no moisturizing, so I use it as a cleansing toner and spray more moisturizing mist on top, and that seems to work fine.
Tip
Using this toner together with the Clear Pad from the same brand seems to enhance the exfoliating and clarifying effects.
