  Skin type: Extremely dry, sensitive, sun allergy, atopic dermatitis Complexion: Deep undertone, shade 21 with a slight cool tone With the weather getting warmer and my sun allergy acting up, I was on the hunt for an aloe soothing gel. This one is amazing! My skin gets along well with aloe, and this product comes in a generous amount and is super hydrating. I keep it in the fridge, and when I use it, it has a cooling effect that temporarily relieves skin heat. It's gentle enough that it doesn't cause any blemishes, and with consistent use, my skin has become brighter and the redness on my cheeks has subsided. I'm so glad I bought this! If you're looking for a soothing gel, definitely give this one a try!

  Cons

  It feels a bit sticky after application. When you open the lid, there's another plastic cover inside for hygiene, which is a bit inconvenient to remove. It might be better if it came with a spatula for application.

  Tip

  Try using it as a mask by applying the soothing gel to a cotton pad!

  It performs its basic soothing gel functions well. I didn't encounter any major issues while using it, though I think that's because I don't typically get blemishes. People who don't usually experience skin troubles can use this product without much concern for irritation.

  Cons

  Since you have to scoop it out with your hands, there are hygiene concerns. It also contains many questionable ingredients. While it's available in stores for 8,000 to 9,000 won, it's not particularly cheap compared to other gels with better ingredients. For a gel meant for calming the skin, it contains too many potentially harmful components.

  It's really moisturizing and non-irritating, which I love!

  Cons

  Once it dries completely, it seems to take away all the moisture from my face, leaving it feeling dry.

  Tip

  If you apply a hydrating cream shortly after using this (before it fully dries!), it works wonders!

  The aloe vera soothing gel is gentle and wonderful. When applied, it feels cool and you can sense its calming effect.

  Cons

  I haven't found any drawbacks to the aloe vera soothing gel yet. I think I need to use it a bit more to fully evaluate.

  When I applied it to areas with heat rash-like bumps before bed, they were gone by morning. It's gentle enough that I could even use it around my eyes without any issues.

  A versatile holy grail product! It's gentle and excellent for calming skin blemishes. I apply it to my face and body all year round. It's perfect for dry, itchy areas, and I even use it on mosquito bites.

  Cons

  The price is significantly higher than similar products from other brands. Please consider lowering it a bit.
