My hair feels much softer after just using the shampoo. I'm not sure if it's really effective, as my hair doesn't seem to be damaged much, but just using the mask alone makes my hands wet.

I'm using both shampoo and mask, and if I want a platinum blonde look without any yellow tones, I can just use the shampoo. But if I have ashy white hair, the treatment works much better!! Even after over a month of just bleaching, my white hair is still looking great, and I'm so happy about it!!
Cons
The biggest downside is that if you use it wrong, it can cause splotches, and if you don't wear gloves, your hands can turn into zombie hands ㅠㅠ It's best to leave it on for about 10 minutes for the best results!!
Tip
If you mix it a little with a regular shampoo, there won't be any splotches and it works great!
