* 13th • Winter Cool Tone * 1. I bought this brown eyeshadow palette because it was said to be good for cool-toned people, and it really does seem to fit the description!! When I use other brown eyeshadows, my eyes look stuffy and have a certain warmth to them, but this palette just adds a clean, shadowy effect. 2. Even though it's a 4-pan palette, all 4 shades work really well for me. I don't usually like to put a lot of color on my eyes, so I use the lightest shade as a base, the one next to it for my tear duct area, the one below that to softly line my eyes, and the gold pearl on the outer corner - that's my go-to eye look. And even though I have over 20 palettes, this is one of my most-used ones. 3. Gold-toned pearl eyeshadows can be tricky for cool-toned people, but this one is a must-try. The pearl finish is just gorgeous, and the deep burgundy shade also works amazingly well for softly lining the eyes. : It's a really versatile palette, so I definitely recommend giving it a try! Highly, highly recommend it.

Pros
From last year, I've been using it continuously and it's really great. I can fill in almost all my makeup needs, from eye shadows to shading, and even eyebrows. For the second color? Gently apply the second lightest matte shade using a shading brush to the inside of the palette cover, and lightly sculpt the nose - it instantly brings the nose to life!! For my eye shape, I'm not great with eyeliner, so I use the darkest matte shade and a flat square brush to softly line the outer corner of my eyes - it looks natural yet defined and I love it.
Cons
There is a bit too much powder scattering. You really must adjust the amount carefully. Toc toc!!

The color selection was just right, with the perfect balance of base, accent, and eyeliner shades, along with an appropriate level of glitter. Most importantly, the glitter is absolutely gorgeous for winter use!! Additionally, the overall color scheme is a muted, mattified brown range without any reddish undertones, which should work well without clashing with cooler, muted pink tones.

The color is pretty and the glitter is also nice. But I'm not sure how to use it, except for smoky makeup.

This is highly recommended for true beginners!! The color payoff is great and the color composition is so well-done that you can do your makeup comfortably and nicely just with this one palette!! And that deepest brown color is such a deep shade that's hard to find in other palettes, so I'm using it a lot when blending out. And the glitters are truly radiant.... The remaining 2 colors are also nice and neutral shades that are good for everyday use!! Highly recommended for cool-toned people or those who don't like palettes with too much yellow!

Hmm... I've dropped it a lot, but it doesn't really break easily... If I had to nitpick, maybe the powder fallout?? But the color payoff is so great that it covers that up...🤣

The price of the palette I originally wanted to buy was burdensome, and as it was my first time using a palette, I purchased the 'Rom&nd Better Than Eyes Music Series Dried Buckwheat Flower' which had a reasonable price and neutral colors. As a first-time palette user, I was really satisfied with it. For my monolid eyes, this palette served well to add depth to my eyes, and I could easily use it daily. The compact size and the perfect selection of colors allowed me to use it without wasting any shades. The colors are not overbearing, so I've been using it daily very well. The product itself has minimal fallout and no clumping, and the color payoff is really good.
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that there are only 4 neutral colors, so I have to use colors from other palettes for a pop of color.
Tip
After applying the second color as a base on the eyelid, crease, and under the eye, I use the darkest color to line the eyes and slightly wing it out (not too heavily). Then, I use the second color to draw on the aegyo sal and fill in the inner aegyo sal with the first color. Finally, I add a shimmery highlight on the aegyo sal.

I needed a shading palette for cool-toned skin, so I purchased this. The color tones are truly cool-toned with no yellow or red undertones, making it great for daily use. The 4-pan palette has the perfect selection of colors, allowing me to complete my entire makeup look with just this one palette. The pigmentation is good, so I can easily create a simple eyeshadow look or a deep smoky eye by just touching the desired areas. The combination of pink, white, and purple pearls gives a nicely glamorous yet pretty finish. I've also used this palette for contouring, and it's amazing how this one palette can cover all my shading needs. Mixing the first two colors works great for natural-looking shading. The light shades can even be used as brow powder - just lightly sweeping a slanted brush through the colors works like an eyebrow palette.
Cons
The deepest, least-used liner blending shade is included in the same quantity as the other colors, which is a bit disappointing. Since this is a color I won't use as often, having so much of it means it will likely be the only one left.
