Instead of applying the massage cream with your hands and rubbing it in, there is a roller in front that makes it so convenient to do the massage by rolling it. Once it's all done, you just need to wipe it off with a wet wipe! The cream gets all warm and toasty, just like when you apply a heat patch.
Cons
At first, I didn't feel much, so I used a bit too much of the massage cream. But later on, it got way too hot and stinging. It really hurts, ouch!
Tip
It takes some time to get all warm and toasty, so go slowly. And absolutely do not use too much of the cream.
