I have been receiving management at the Vitabrid Scalp Care Shop due to my thinning hair, so I decided to purchase it. Pros
The scent is subtle and pleasant, but after using it for less than a month, my scalp broke out in severe acne. I already had seborrheic dermatitis, and it got much worse after using this product.

The ingredients are good and the scent is nice. After washing your hair, the hair feels soft and lathers well, and if you leave it on for a bit, there's a cooling sensation on the scalp. It lathers well, but the cleansing power seems a bit lacking.

While this is a hair loss prevention shampoo, after using it for half a year, I don't see any effects. I'm not sure if it's improved at all. I have an oily scalp and I keep getting pimples. Pros
Before discovering Hwahae, I was ignorant about ingredients and had a dark history with hair products. I tried all sorts of natural shampoos, but some caused excessive hair loss, itchiness, and pimples. The hair was also static-y and none of them were satisfactory. Since using this product, it's been a game-changer. I've used a few bottles now, and aside from the pimples, nothing else has changed.
