  Pros

  I decided to purchase this product because I've been receiving scalp treatments at the Vitabrid scalp care salon due to my thinning hair. When used at the salon, it felt refreshing and cleansed well (they apply a lot of vitamin spray). After the treatment, my scalp felt invigorated and soothed all day long, which made me think it was worth the high price.

  Cons

  I tried using the shampoo product at home for about a week to maintain the treatment, but it seems it didn't suit me. My scalp became itchy and I developed blemishes in several areas. I've never had a shampoo disagree with me this much before. Originally, I had seborrheic dermatitis without itching or blemishes, just hair loss. But after using this, my hair became thinner, the itching exploded, and I developed blemishes. Even after switching to a different shampoo, I haven't been able to fully recover.

  Pros

  The fragrance is subtle and pleasant, but within a month of using this, my scalp blemishes exploded. I already had seborrheic dermatitis, but it got much worse after using this product.

  Cons

  In less than a month of use, my scalp blemishes became extremely severe, and my scalp became unbearably itchy. I'm going crazy. Those with sensitive scalps or oily hair should definitely avoid this.

  Pros

  The ingredients are decent and the scent is pleasant. After washing, my hair feels soft. When I lather it up and leave it for a moment, there's a cooling effect on the scalp. It foams well, though the cleansing effectiveness seems a bit lower.

  Cons

  Despite being marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I've used it for half a year with no noticeable effects. I can't see any improvement. I have an oily scalp, and I'm still getting blemishes. It's driving me crazy. On home shopping, they claimed you don't need a separate treatment as it leaves hair soft. Initially, I felt that way, but without using a treatment, my hair becomes coarse. I'm using it since I bought it, but I have zero intention of repurchasing. It might work better for those with dry scalps.

  Pros

  Shh, let's not talk about my dark past of being clueless about ingredients before discovering Hwahae! I tried various 'natural' shampoos, but some caused hair loss, others made my scalp itchy and gave me blemishes. My hair was also frizzy from static electricity - nothing seemed right. Before this product, I used several bottles of Think Na**. Apart from the blemishes, nothing changed, so I decided to research ingredients instead of relying on home shopping. The scent is strong but fades after washing. At first, my hair was a bit frizzy, but after a month or two, it gained some shine. (I used to have great hair with supermarket products, but I gave that up for my scalp's health.) It feels softer now compared to when I first started using it, and my scalp feels refreshed. Among natural shampoos, this one causes the least hair loss.

  Cons

  The first day was fine - no itching or blemishes! But as days passed, the itching and blemishes became no joke. I was shocked to find myself scratching like crazy. The blemishes ranged from slight bumps to ones oozing pus. Naively, I thought it might be a purging phase and kept using it. The itching has improved slightly, and there are fewer blemishes now (though not completely gone). I'm hoping I'll adapt more and all these symptoms will disappear.

  Tip

  Wet your hair thoroughly, and it lathers well. Don't rinse immediately after shampooing - leave the lather on while you wash your body or brush your teeth. It'll give your scalp a refreshing, minty sensation. After letting it sit, rinse it off, and your hair will feel even softer.
