The built-in puff picks up and releases the foundation well, making it simple to apply to the skin. **The heart-shaped puff makes it easy to apply to areas that need precise application, like around the nose, or to contoured areas. **I like that it's not drying. While it's not an ultra-moisturizing cushion, I appreciated that it didn't feel dry or heavy even after wearing it for a while. I loved the radiant look it gave right after application.
Cons**The coverage isn't exceptionally high, so you might want to use a concealer for darker spots. Because of this, I personally found it worked better for touch-ups.

Cons- Due to its moisturizing nature, it can slide a bit. - You need to control the amount and spread it evenly. It doesn't feel like a thin coating. - It might suit warm complexions better. It looks a bit dull on my skin. - The case is slightly on the larger side. - The shade 21 seems a bit light compared to other recent releases. I think we need a shade that's one step lighter than 21!
TipFor those worried about the makeup sliding, using a fixer alongside might be a good idea. It's suitable for warm complexions, and the shade 21 is a true standard color (neither light nor dark).

Today, as a member of The Hwahae Testers, I'll be reviewing the <Classivo / C Project Heart Cica Cushion [SPF50/PA+++][01 Light Beige]> after using it for two weeks. I have a shade 22 complexion, and the Light Beige was perfect for brightening my skin tone just right! At first, I thought the heart-shaped puff was just cute, but I found that the pointed tip allows for precise coverage in hard-to-reach areas. (I almost want to buy the puff separately!) Personally, I love how simple and pretty the case is. It's great for carrying around. Coverage and Wear: Many of you might be curious about this - the coverage is absolutely fantastic! I tend to have some blemishes, but this cushion covers them all beautifully. Even as it wears throughout the day, it fades gracefully, making it perfect for daily use. I have very dehydrated skin, but this cushion is so moisturizing that it's become one of my holy grail products. I'm amazed at how Classivo creates such masterpieces!
ConsBecause it's so hydrating, it can feel a bit oily after some time. In my case, I just set it with powder. Apart from this, I can't think of any other downsides. However, I wouldn't really recommend this for those with very oily skin.
TipOccasionally, when it starts to wear off, you might notice some patchiness. When that happens, just gently pat it with the puff a few times and you're good to go.

It's not too light, so it gives a natural brightening effect. Cushion Puff: -The built-in heart-shaped puff is convenient. The pointed part is great for covering areas around the nose and other small spots. Longevity: -While it's not exceptionally long-lasting, it's better than I expected, considering cushions aren't known for their staying power. It doesn't break down messily, and as it wears, it blends with your skin's natural oils, giving a nice glow over time. -----------Update After a longer wear time, it does break down quite messily... There's some pore-clogging, and the nose area becomes very oily and shiny, which is disappointing. Moisture: -It's not dewy, nor is it semi-matte... just a comfortable level of moisture. I prefer this because too much glow can lead to faster breakdown, and semi-matte can be too drying in this weather. There's some emphasis on dead skin cells around the nose, but with a good skincare routine, it shouldn't be a major issue. Blemishes: -No blemishes! I was worried as I have acne-prone skin, but I haven't experienced any small bumps or inflammatory acne while using this.
ConsScent: -When I first opened the product, there was an unpleasant smell. I'm not sure if it's from the new product or the cushion content itself, but it was a bit off-putting. Thankfully, you can't smell it once applied, but it's definitely not a pleasant fragrance. Coverage: -The coverage is a bit disappointing. Acne scars and pigmentation show through slightly, so those who need more coverage might want to use a separate concealer.
TipWhile I don't have any special tips, I think this product is suitable for those who want a natural, everyday cushion foundation. If you're looking for full coverage, you might find it lacking... I use it daily unless I need heavy foundation coverage. Overall, it's a decent, middle-of-the-road product!

I have cool-toned skin and typically wear makeup. My skin tends to get deep dryness with excess oil. I usually use powder, but this time I tried using this product for a long time without powder. Appearance: It comes in a sturdy case with a clean design and has a built-in heart-shaped puff. I was worried it might be too light since it's labeled 'Light Beige'. Application: The moisture level is just right. The puff is densely packed, which felt a bit heavy when applying. It doesn't brighten the skin tone too drastically, but gives a natural finish, which I really like. There's a very slight yellow undertone. It leaves a soft, matte finish. Those who don't prefer yellow undertones should find this suitable. Coverage: The coverage is medium. I have acne scars, so I used concealer for the large red and dark spots before testing. Heaviness & Hydration: Even after 3+ hours, there was no deep dryness. I'm not sure if it's because I applied my skincare thoroughly, but those prone to dryness might want to focus on their skincare routine. I'd say this is closer to a winter cushion. Oiliness & Longevity: After 6+ hours of wear, the brightening effect didn't fade. By my standards, there was minimal excess oil. Most importantly, even without powder, my eyeliner (which tends to smudge) didn't budge even after 6 hours. There is some emphasis on dead skin cells. + What I liked: The product dispenses just the right amount when pressed, making it easy to control. The natural brightening effect was my favorite aspect.
ConsThe emphasis on dead skin cells and the slightly heavy feeling of the puff when applying didn't suit my style. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. When touching up, it would be better if it didn't pile up and create a cakey look.
TipFor those with dry skin prone to deep dryness, I recommend thorough exfoliation and applying this after a hydration-rich skincare routine.

I've been using this product for my morning makeup routine consistently since I received it! Despite having very dry skin, I always used matte products because I dislike dust sticking to my face. However, this product's coverage is just as good as matte products! Even when my skin feels super dehydrated, this creates a beautiful complexion because it works well with my skincare routine. The puff is wonderfully bouncy too! I love that the color (shade 21) gives a slightly brighter look, perfect if you want a lighter tone than shade 23. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hydrating cushion with good coverage!
ConsI never touch up my makeup during the day after applying it in the morning. That's why I usually use matte products. Compared to my usual foundation or cushion, the longevity of this product was a bit disappointing... Though that's by my standards - it still maintained its initial state well for about 8 hours!
TipApplying Missha's illuminating cream before this product made my skin look even more beautiful!

Design: The product design is super clean, with a matte exterior. The cushion puff is adorably heart-shaped - I really liked that! Puff: The heart-shaped puff has a pointed tip that's perfect for applying product precisely around the nose and under-eye areas. While the texture isn't super dense, it feels slightly bouncy and seems to help the product adhere better when patting it on. Coverage: A single dip picks up plenty of product. It doesn't apply super thin, so it offers good coverage. Dark circles are naturally concealed in just one application, without needing multiple layers. Finish: It strikes a balance between dewy and matte. It applies with a moisturizing feel but sets to a semi-matte finish. There's a slight richness to it that makes it great for colder weather. No oxidation: Most importantly, it doesn't oxidize! The color stays true to how it looks when first applied. Staying power: Once applied, it has pretty good staying power. You know how some products disappear at the slightest touch after application? This one seems more resistant to that - it doesn't easily rub off during everyday activities.
ConsBreakdown: When using a cushion foundation, I think how it wears throughout the day is super important. Maybe because of indoor heating in cold weather, this one did break down a bit. It didn't completely disintegrate, but there was some slight pilling, which was a bit disappointing. Blemishes: I'm not 100% sure if this is due to the cushion, so take this with a grain of salt! I recently changed my skincare routine too, so I'm still pinpointing the culprit. My skin is very sensitive, and I noticed some tiny blemishes popping up here and there while using this. Application challenges: If you don't prep your skin thoroughly, it doesn't apply as beautifully. For a cushion foundation, which is meant to be quick and convenient, I found this aspect a bit frustrating.
TipSkincare absorption is key! Make sure your skincare is well-absorbed for the best application. Really pat in your skincare products thoroughly. This will help create a naturally beautiful, glowing winter complexion! Don't overdo the base! Be careful not to apply too heavy a skincare base. If you do, the foundation might pill. Use just a touch more than usual, but don't go overboard!

I'm using it with peace of mind! • There's only one light beige shade, so I was a bit worried it might be too bright, but it just gives a lovely brightening effect! It doesn't look like I'm forcing an unnaturally light tone, which is great! • The puff is heart-shaped and it's so adorable! The puff is incredibly soft and pleasant to use! • The amount seems generous! It doesn't increase coverage if you use more, so I'm using it sparingly. This means it'll last a long time! • The packaging is sleek and pretty too!
Cons• The coverage is a bit disappointing. It's really quite sheer, so think of it more as evening out your complexion rather than providing full coverage. • It can settle into lines and emphasize dead skin cells! Make sure to exfoliate and moisturize well before using for better results!

Not particularly pretty or luxurious, but functionally good for opening/closing and the cushion cover. Puff: Heart-shaped and firm. Useful for applying around the nose and eyes, but requires careful control of product amount. Application: Excellent! Spreads smoothly and thinly without caking or feeling heavy, even with multiple layers. Staying power: Average to low. Without setting, it breaks down after about 2 hours. With powder, lasts 3-4 hours, but T-zone gets oily. Color: Great match for my skin tone (equivalent to shade 22). Very natural-looking. Coverage: Above average for cushions. Builds well without caking or sliding. Good for those with relatively clear skin. Repurchase: Undecided. It might be more useful when my skin clears up. Thankfully, no irritation on my sensitive skin.
ConsWish there were more shade options. Product amount control is tricky, possibly due to the firm cushion sponge and absorbent puff. The heart puff makes it challenging to apply thinly and precisely. Often end up over-applying and having to blend all over, which isn't ideal for targeted coverage.
TipI tested various application methods: 1. Dry water drop puff: Very thin, powder-like finish but loses coverage. 2. Wet water drop puff: Not recommended. 3. Fingers: Poor pore coverage. 4. Heart puff (included): Best coverage but hard to control amount. 5. Brush: Didn't work well for me. 6. Vanilla Co puff: Highly recommended! Note: Photos comparing coverage on my forehead and cheeks (areas with most blemishes) weren't included due to upload limits.

I've been using this product for about 3 days. I'll start with the positives and address the drawbacks later. The case and puff are beautiful! Right from the unboxing, it's clear they've put a lot of thought into the packaging. The outer box is sleek and makes it easy to access the cushion. The heart-shaped puff is a delightful touch, and it applies the product smoothly. It feels even softer than a regular air puff, which is lovely. The case design is clean and the color is so pretty, it almost feels too nice to use. Another thoughtful detail is the mirror's protective film, which is easy to remove. Many products these days make it frustratingly difficult to find where to start peeling, but this one comes off effortlessly in one go! The finish looks natural Thanks to the soft puff, application is incredibly smooth. The shade 21 isn't stark white, but a natural skin tone that matches my complexion well. It's also very hydrating, so it applies without any deep dryness. It covers redness well and doesn't emphasize wrinkles I usually worry about redness when applying cushion foundations, often having to layer more product on those areas. With this cushion, just a light touch is enough to cover redness. Many cushions tend to emphasize wrinkles, which can be really stressful. This one, however, conceals wrinkles nicely and naturally covers pores too, which I love.
ConsI love trying different cushion brands and enjoy reading Hwahae reviews, so I applied without expecting much. I was surprised when I got selected. As a tester, I need to write a review, but I was worried about emphasizing too many negatives if the cushion didn't suit me. However, since The Hwahae Testers should provide honest feedback based on personal experience, I'll share my candid thoughts. The cushion separates a lot (This is why I can't continue using it) I have combination dehydrated skin - dry underneath but very oily on the surface. I usually prefer semi-matte cushions, but this is just a hydrating cushion. Perhaps that's why it separates so much! Some people with combination skin ask if hydrating formulas don't work for me, and well... they don't. On the first day, I applied just my skincare and this cushion before going out, as I needed to write a review. It wouldn't apply at all on areas where I'd used eye cream or heavier moisturizer - it just pilled and clumped. Shockingly, it started separating in less than an hour. I couldn't bear it, so I managed to salvage one side of my face and had to remove and reapply with my usual cushion on the other side. The photo might not show it clearly, but the separation was quite severe. On the second day, thinking I might have messed up my skincare, I let everything absorb fully, used a cushion primer, and applied sunscreen very thinly with a stick. I also used much less product, tapping the cushion on the lid to remove excess before applying to my face. This resulted in a more natural application without clumping, though it barely covered my redness. However, after about an hour, it started separating again, and a bit later, most of my makeup had worn off. On the third day, it separated again, forcing me to remove it in the afternoon. It rubs off easily Like most hydrating cushions, while it doesn't cause skin tightness, it's hard to maintain once applied. I don't touch my face often, but sometimes you need to, like when removing an eyelash. Even the slightest touch leaves fingerprints and rubs off the product, requiring touch-ups. I was afraid to touch up for fear of making it look patchy. You need to be careful about even the lightest touch. Also, after brushing teeth, you need to touch up around the mouth, which is prone to separating after reapplication. I was really anxious about touch-ups, and sure enough, it separated after reapplying... it was too much to handle. The negatives outweigh the positives for me, so I can't continue using this cushion. I'll have to find someone nearby who suits this cushion better.
TipI'm sure this cushion works well for many people, but I worry I might have given a biased impression by focusing on my personal experience. Given my skin type, I encourage you to read other reviews to make an informed decision. While it didn't work for me, those with naturally good skin could likely achieve a natural and beautiful complexion by using proper skincare, a cushion primer, and applying the right amount of product!
