It can get a bit deep if you apply multiple layers! It looks prettiest with just one application!

First off, I loved how moisturizing it is with impressive staying power! The color is absolutely gorgeous too!

Even if the burgundy color seems intense, applying it like an overlined lip with a blurred effect makes it look even more natural and beautiful.

There's a slight transfer at first, but after blotting about three times, it barely transfers at all.

The subtle glow creates a natural, dewy lip look that's absolutely gorgeous. The burgundy shade is so beautiful it's like therapy when you apply it during stressful times. The best part is, unlike other dewy lip products, it makes your lips look naturally healthy and radiant with a smooth, shimmering glow. It feels as gentle as lip balm, without any suffocating heaviness, and has a wonderfully light texture. It's not sticky at all. It feels like you've applied a very light lip balm and doesn't dry out your lips. The stain it leaves behind is close to your natural lip color, making it an incredibly pretty tint. As someone with cool-toned skin, it's a perfect match for me, but this burgundy tint would suit both cool and warm skin tones beautifully.

It's incredibly shiny! Rather than being moisturizing like a lip balm, it has a glossy, reflective finish that makes your lips sparkle!

I've been layering it over a matte lipstick, applying this hydrating one just on the inner part of my lips! People have been asking me what lip product I'm using!

When applying it alone, it's hard to get an even application... I'm not sure if it's because I'm not used to hydrating formulas or if I'm just clumsy with application. It's taking some time to adjust. Maybe it feels awkward because I usually apply full lip coverage.

I tried to take a photo as similar as possible!! It applies incredibly moisturizing. I usually only wore matte ones (like MAC Powder Kiss Devoted), but I wanted to try something hydrating, so I bought this! I'm satisfied with both the color and how it absorbs.

There are quite a few ingredients to be cautious about, unfortunately. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints.

Staying power & longevity
I used to dislike all moisturizing lip products due to their poor longevity, but this one changed my mind. It lasts surprisingly well for a hydrating formula.
It stains naturally, and while it's not as long-lasting as a matte tint, I'm quite satisfied with its performance.

Color payoff
You can adjust the intensity of the color by layering. A single swipe gives a subtle, just-bitten look, while two or three applications deliver the full color you see on the tip.

Transfer-proof
For a moisturizing lip product, I've rarely experienced it transferring onto my teeth.

Packaging
The case is reflective enough to use as a mirror when applying, which is super convenient. I often use the tube as a makeshift mirror. Bonus points for that! 👍👍
