  I've been using this consistently for two years now. Even though I have oily skin, the oil-based ingredients seem to work well for me. It feels like it's dissolving excess sebum.

  Cons

  It doesn't seem very effective for exfoliating dead skin cells. You'll need to use separate products for managing sebum and exfoliation alongside this one.

  Pros

  My sister had some cleansing oil, so I started using it for my second cleanse after wearing makeup or sunscreen. Every time I used it, I noticed little bumps coming out, which turned out to be sebum! You can actually see the sebum being drawn out when you use the oil. I tried the Dokdo Toner, Dokdo Cleansing Foam, and Dokdo Oil together, and seeing how gentle they are on my face is impressive. Plus, I saw great results with my blackheads!

  Cons

  Hmm... I found that using oil cleanser every day isn't ideal. I apply sunscreen daily, but I only use the oil cleanser twice a week. On other days, I use cleansing water instead.

  Tip

  While there might be a slight difference between natural light and artificial light in photos, I still saw improvements with my blackheads! Oh, and don't wash off the oil right away! First, massage it onto dry skin, then add a bit of water and massage again. When the white residue starts to disappear, add a little more water and gently massage once more. After wiping it off, I followed up with a cleansing foam.

  Pros

  This is my go-to cleansing oil. After applying and rolling it on, it seems to emulsify well when washing off, and it's great at dissolving sebum.

  Cons

  I didn't notice any downsides while using it. However, the pump dispenses the oil quite forcefully. It would be better if it came out in smaller amounts.

  As I roll it on, I can feel the sebum coming off. My skin is quite sensitive, but this doesn't heat up my face or cause intense irritation, which I absolutely love!

  Cons

  It's so runny that the oil drips down my arm. And for someone with oily skin like me, no matter how much I wash, it leaves a slightly slippery feeling, making a second cleanse absolutely necessary.

  Tip

  Try removing blackheads after doing a second cleanse and an aloe pack! I recommend using a low pH cleansing foam. That's how I eliminated my blackheads. I'm currently using this to manage my skin that's acting up again.

  This seems like a really versatile product. It feels gentle and effectively removes makeup. I think it's also great for dissolving blackheads on the nose! My routine involves using a lip and eye remover on a cotton pad to wipe my entire face, then washing with cleansing oil to melt away facial sebum, followed by a second cleanse with this foam cleanser. Perhaps that's why I find its cleansing effectiveness to be just right.

  There's nothing particularly negative to mention - it's truly an all-around good product. If I had to pick something, maybe it leaves the skin feeling a bit dry after use? But since I remove my makeup in layers (lip and eye remover > cleansing oil > foam cleanser), I find the cleansing power to be adequate.
