I don't use wax. In the morning, after blow-drying, I just lightly spray it and use a small amount on my fingers to create some curls

Among hair sprays, this one has a lot of good ingredients. It's quite decent. The fragrance and phenoxyethanol are acceptable since it's not applied directly to the face. I can't compare it to other sprays as I haven't tried them, but when I spray it on my bangs and roots, then all over, the staying power is pretty good. It kind of smells like shoe polish. And since the smell comes from your hair, everyone around you will have to endure it. The scent is so strong and long-lasting that it's impossible to avoid. The unpleasant smell made me stop using it after a few times.

The product description says it can be cleaned with just water, but I'm not sure if that's because I used a lot of it. For me, just water wasn't enough and I had to shampoo to get it fully clean. But compared to hair fixatives, this seems to clean pretty well!!

2. Holds well.
As long as you don't keep touching your hair, the hold seems decent. However, the strong hold means you have to apply it in the direction you want your hair to stay, or else you'll have to completely redo it.
